this printer does not want ro print for me i have done everything i could think of, reseting it, deleteing it and reinstalling it, updating the software, taking the ink and all the paper out and holding the power for 7 secd. and reseting it that way. what happens is that when i go to print it nothing happens other than the compu. telling me that it is either ready to print or spooing up to print or its in qeuda. please help me
