it has been two years since i've been diagnosed with left varicocele. i approached urologist and he advised not to go for operation since i'm unmarried. he had a test on my sperm count and he was satisfied with that too. he advised after marriage you can go for operation. but it almost 1 year since i met urologist. now a days the pain is getting more and i cannot even sit for any period on the chair, especially on the running car where due to vibration i have more pain on the left side scrotum area. i red on the web pages that varicocele will lead to infertility. i'm really confused whether to go for operation so that i can get rid of this niggling pain or wait for the marriage. now i have doubt whether i could have proper sex with this pain or not. clarify. i'm really confused.
