hi
recently i've bought Toshiba laptop which is pre built with Windows Vista Home Basic .
Now i want to install Russian Windows Vista in my laptop for my mom . She is from Russia , and she not speek any english. What should I do . Please help me . Thank you.

As far as I know, only Windows Vista Ultimate allows the download of language pack, but you could try downloading it. Try the next link with te information about your question,
