I have two users printing to the same HP LJ Color 5M printer. One can print text and pictures, the other can only see the text and has a blank space where the picture should be or it prints out all black instead of the picture. They are both using Dell D600's and running the same software. Any ideas how to get her pictures to print? This is an Art teacher and she's in a panic.

Make sure the drive has not been configured for "Text Only".
