hi i kno your not supposed to take 2 different medicines that contain acetaminophen but does that mean not mixin them or like for example i took tylenol cold severe which has acetaminophen in it i took that at like 11:00am and it is now 12:00 midnight so i can take nyquil right??

I wouldn't do that. Nyquil is really strong and you aren't suppose to take even the same medicine within 4 hours of each other.

ok i understand that but its been 13 hours im pretty sure i will be ok the tylenol has to be out of my system by now...i just wanted to make sure..
