I saw it not too long ago, so its a fairly new movie i believe. This part is towards the end...
All I can remember is there is a girl kidnapped and then put into this glass holding tank. The tank occasionally will spray water out from the top of it. Each time it sprays more water-slowly filling up the tank. Police and detectives are looking for this girl, and this killer (or whatever he is) They think they found his house-they search it but they find nothing. So they think theyre out of luck and that the girl is just going to die. But then one of the police officers sees a tube coming out of the ground and they open up this thing and there are stairs going underground-they find the girl in the tank down there just when she is about to drown. They have to break the glass to get her out of it.
