Is it too late to file? No.

Is it too late to file and claim a refund? Yes.

There is a three-year statute of limitation on filing and claiming refunds. The hree years starts the day AFTER the original filing deadline of 15 April.

For 2003, you must have filed by 15 April 2007.

For 2004, you must have filed by 15 April 2008.

Sorry!

If your income was more than the filing requirements, you must file your tax returns. If you have a refund, you will not get it.
