Hi,

I am 28yrs and have noticed a white layer at the tip of my penis and there is itching on the head of the skin too for the last 4-5 days. before the itching started the tip showed a reddish colour. i take shower twice a day and always try to keep all parts very neat and clean. the itching stops for a while after the shower but again gets back. I did have an unprotected sex about a couple pf months back with my girlfriend. but could that be a reason for this or is this a fungal infection? Can anyone help me out on this matter.

We can't diagnose your problem over the internet, but the symptoms you are describing are indications of a bigger problem, could be an infection, could be an STD, could be something different.
It does not have anything to do with your level of cleanliness.
