I installed the print shop 6.0 into my window vista computer, the program installed with no problems I can make a address label, but when I go to print the label it just says spooling and will not print it. I have a lexmark 2400 which has no problem printing anything else. I used to use this program in my window 98 computer. If the program is not up to date with windows why did it install in the first place, Please help I love this print shop I don't know if I can update a driver or what.

Please help if you can:(:mad::confused:

First: make sure that you are using the Lexmark driver that is intended for Vista on your PC.

Next, if an application is spooling it may in fact be the application (Print Shop) that id misbehaving. Check on the PrintShop website for any update or fixes.
