If no cool or heat, just fan on, there has blower start in furnace;

while in air conditioner, regardless fan on or auto, there will be no indoor blower on at all;

while outside condenser and its fan seems fine.

I lready jump wires G, RC and Y in T-start, won't see any difference.

By the way, yesterday it suddentely worked for a minutes or 2 before it is completely dead after I lower the temprature.

Thanks for your advice

since we don`t know the name or model number of your airhandler/furnace all the answers you recieve will be guesses but you might,just might have a bad fan control and again not knowing what you have I don`t know how to tell you if you have a seperate control or if its bult into your circuit board or even if you have a circuit board

a bit confused:

1) fan is on when cool and heat off, does that mean indoor blower moto and its capacitor good?

2) do I need to jump wires G, RC and Y in furnace circuit board to try?

Tks

just confirmed anther thing -
if T-stat fan in on position, heat in on position, or heat and cool off, furnace blower will start; only switch T-start to cool, when outside condenser is started, the furnace blower will be immediately stopped.

My air conditioner will not blow cold air. The unit outside is not running. We had the artic air guy out. Replaced compressor, and fuses and breaker. Worked great for 2 months now the unit outside is not working while air is blowing in the inside. Any ideas what can be wrong
