Hi, saucha!

If a person is a citizen of the United States and has been convicted of a felony crime in the past, they most likely can get a passport. Is there a reason that you think a person might not be able to get one?

Thanks!

Yes, you can obtain a passport but you are not eligible for visa upon arrival in many countries, so you will need to apply for a visa.
