Working just with what you're given, note that

\frac{\mbox{Price}}{\mbox{Earnings}} \ \times\ \mbox{Earnings} \ =\ \mbox{Price}.

Also note that unless stated otherwise, PE ratios use standard EPS rather than cash EPS.
