A good lemon facial cleanser will be good if you dont have dry skin, my daughters have used and it is good they used ESKINOL naturals lemon cleanser, and if you have oily skin lemon is better, and try lemon or orange peel off mask. And Idont no what type of skin you have.

Acne prone skin is actually quite sensitive. You need to be gentle with your skin.

Use a nice gentle cleanser, you can use cetaphil or Dove's sensitive bar. Then apply Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5% onto the areas that need treating, then apply a plain simple moisturiser.

You will need to be patient when using the regime.

I', like you, I have tried everything.

Pimple creams were too harsh on my skin and after a week or so my face would be a peeling mess, even with a ton of moisturiser.

A week ago I was looking into natural remedies and came across an oatmeal mask.

You just mix half a cup of rolled oats with a table spoon on honey and a little lemon juice.
Add a dash of hot water and mix it up.

I have only been using it for a few days and already the pimples look less red and my skin feels a lot softer.

Using retin-A (or the generic brand tretinoine) is really good at removing the acne. Using natural black soap helps clear up acne and blemishes and is very mild. Using toothpaste as a spot treatment will also help dry up the zits quicker, I like using this from time to time.
