I am 20 and currently 38 weeks pregnant with my second child I am just looking for some advice and support on healthy ways to get my weight down I am currently weighing 135kg and I am 5'7" which gives me an awful bmi of 46.1 I want to get healthy. I cant got to any weight loss groups as i am hoping to breastfeed this child as i did my first I have already started eating healthy and have lost a pound since my booking appointment at 8weeks its not much but seeming as im heavily pregnant I feel this is a huge achievement. I just need some advice on gentle exercise I can do with a very active 2year old and a newborn i wont have much time on my hands so swimming and going to the gym just arent possible atm. Hope someone will be able to help as im hoping to loose at a minimum 50kgs to get out of the obesity range.
