Benoquin??

But I read that it sensitizes skin to UV rays and I don't want that. And I can't get it without a prescription anyway.

All I want is to lighten my underarm area and thigh area (where the skin of my thighs rub tgt) because the areas are very dark.

I am a fair-skinned asian, and this condition has made me feel very self-conscious (cos its really ugly!!). My fair skin makes the colour pigmentation stand out very vividly, and it's not a nice brown colour. Rather, the colour is rather darkish and dirty-looking.

I'v tried all available off-the-shelf whitening products in my country, Nivea, Garnier etc, which don't work. I'v been trying to treat it for ages.

Please help?
