I just moved from Florida to Georgia but I work in Florida. Do I file income tax in both states? If so will I have to file in both as long as I work in Florida?

Florida has no state income tax, so no return is required there.

Since you now live in GA, you will have to file a GA return for the period of time you live in GA.
