Hello,

I'm a partner in a small Canadian incorporation and I'd like to avoid both payroll and dividend taxation as much as possible when paying myself. Is it a problem if my Sole Prop company bills my Incorporation for consulting services. My goal here is to use the tax benefits given to me by the sole prop, and the reduced liability given to me by the Incorp.

Thank you for any help you can give,

Dan
