I replaced both ink cartridges on my hp deskjet 960c printer. I purchased new HP cartdriges, not refilled or other brand. The black print work is good, but the color of pictures are coming out like one color "reddish." I run the clean service but still the same. The test page shows a good black printing, but the "dots" showing the different colors are only red, pink and yellow. I think its missing green and blue.
Any recommendations?
I will appreciate any help. Thank you.

Take the cartridge out and moisten a lint free cloth with water. Wipe the head, install and clean the head.
