IDKwhatIwant

im a strong 21 year old male. i work a job on my feet lifting. i use to unload trucks. ive never been fat, and ive never broken a bone or had surgery. i recently moved apartments, with the help of my mother. i did the lifting. im told, although it feels great now and i dont mind it, that this lifting, will eventually cause me health problems. bone, and ligament damage. what the hell?! how unfair is that... so, because im healthy enough to do it, im not suppose to do it? thats just dumb. the whole issue has kind of upset me, and confused me. is there any proof or documents that such events will connect? to me, it seems like when you dont do something, that it damages you. if you dont run, you lack endurance. if you dont lift, you dont form muscle. if you dont exercise, you get fat. etc.

how do i know when to stop, when i never get tired?

Have you ever heard of the old saying 'everything in moderation'. Yes, I know its good to feel young and fit and able to do just about anything you want, but yes, eventually it will catch up on you. Your back probably will be the first to go. If you want to stay fit, everything in moderation IDK.

No, no supporting evidence to offer you, just common sense really.
