Im a store owner and I have a 5 ton HEIL rooftop unit. The condensate drain pan is cracked where the pvc fitting goes into pan. water is dripping into my store. i want to replace pan myself. what are some of the basic step's I need to take to replace entire pan. Is there a tech. number I can call or website with the step's I need to do. thanks for any help in the right direction.

you might have to remove coil to replace pan, and in order to do that you need to have a license to handle refridgerant.
might be able to replace with out removing coil, but you have to be extra careful and not damage anything.
my advice call a tech to comeout. it might cost you more, but it might save you a lot in the end.
