I have a printer hp deskjet 870cxi. when i strt pringting. yellow bulb strts blinking and while later both bulbs are strting blinking. papers also not taking. what do i do to take the print outs. please help me

Unfortunately, that could be a number of things that would end up frustrating you going through the troubleshooting process. This is probably why no one has responded to this question as yet. The best thing for you maybe is to purchase another printer. It sounds like there is more than just one issue present. I would head to the nearest retailer and get something inexpensive that can get the job done. It also sounds like you haven't used it for a while, which would indicate you might need to purchase ink. A new printer will come with that also.
