my hvac is turning on, fan is working but it is not producing cold air, help me please

Is the outside unit running? If not the check the circuit breakers/fuses. If the unit is running outside but not cooling the you will need to see if power is being applied to the compressor. If you do not have a test meter then I would suggest you call for on site service.
