Hello

I have been offered a job by 'Business Grid' which has asked me to start my own business from home as a unit manager:

This is the job discription from their website </title> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://library2.infinishops.com/HttpCombiner.ashx?s=set_js2&t=type/javascript"></script> <script language="javascript" type="text/javascript"> if(isIPhone != -1) { var src = window.location.protocol + "//" (http://uk.businessgrid.com/) :
Business Grid units are independent business ventures designed to capture the entrepreneurial spirit of owner managed ventures combined with support and organisation of a large scale enterprise.
Individuals seeking to be Unit Managers will be people who would like to run their own business from home and be rewarded appropriately but with some of the security which comes with working for a large enterprise.
Unit managers will be given specific market segments to develop. You are required to open a business bank account and be the director of your own business.

Here are my questions:
Are there any risks involved with this job? As I am opening a business bank account, does it require me to take loans out? What happened if my business doesn't make any money? Do I pay outstanding fees or does 'Business Grid' pay for any business losses, as I am still working for a large enterprise? Could this effect my credit if I don't make any money and if my business loses money?

Please answer my questions as I would really appreciate it. Please let me know if this is a good job offer and if one should take the job?
Many Thanks.

Do you have any other information on them?
Exactly what type of business are they?
Do they want money from you?
Will they be able to access your account you are opening?
Do they require you to keep money in it?
