b. When is it appropriate to use a Gantt chart? What are the
disadvantages? Explain in a paragraph.

c. Create a PERT diagram based on the data above. List all paths and
calculate and identify the critical paths.

I'm kinda thinking you need to look for a better place to post this. Even when I don't know how to do something, I've usually at least heard of it. I had to google these to see what it even was and doesn't look the least bit related to finance/accounting from what I can tell.
