okay im 15 and i have used soap to clean my penis thought it be a good idea but the next day the tip of my penis where the hole is part of the hole got a little bit big and darkish color looks like it got burned and the inside of the holes red when i open it i don't know if it was red before but now it is also it has been like that for the last 5 months it hasn't gotten that much better just a little like 10 percent but its still there and noticeable and im going to get my physical in august

so did the soap cause an infection and what is an infection like is it like nothing and when i get my physical will a little cream will fix it or what please tel me im going crazy with what it could be
