I think I might be prego, but I'm still getting my periods...when would be the best time to take a test or does it matter? If I am pregnant I figure I would be about 16 weeks along...

Why do you think you're pregnant if you're still getting a period?

If you believe you are that far along, have you been to a doctor?? If you are that far along, you definitely you be getting prenatal care. Schedule an appointment with your gyno so he/she can 1) determine for sure if you are pregnant or not 2) make sure that you (and possible fetus) are ok.
