Hello! I am 20 years old And for the past 5 days I have been having drops of blood in my urine and drops in my underwear the blood isn't even enough to wear a panty liner or a pad I have also been having very light cramps off and on; on my lower left abdominal side I recently went to the doctor for a sinus infection and she put me on an antibiotic I didn't mention this to her because I thought it might be a very light period or spotting but the drops in my underwear don't happen as often anymore but I still have drops of blood in my urine I have been looking up blood in urine and the only things that came up were UTI, Kidney stones and bladder infection does this sound like it could be a very light period or something else?

[note: I have very Irregular periods and it does not burn or hurt when I urinate]
