Ouside A/C unit running but no air is flowing through inside vents

It sounds like you have a blower motor problem with the inside unit. Check for voltage at the motor when it is supposed to be running and if not present trace the wiring back till you find the fault. Easy does it since you are working on a mechanical blower that could start working at any time and also you will be working with electric so observe all safety working conditions.
