Being wet is totally normal, if the discharge doesn't have a weird color/odor. If it doesn't, then it's just the way your body works. But if you want, you can go get it checked out just to put yourself at ease.

How much differs from woman to women. But it can also differ depending on what part of your cycle you are on. Don't stress about it unless it's very atypical of your body. If it had a strong odor or texture, or even a bit of color to it go to the doctor as soon as you can to get checked. If it's simply just a bit more wetness I wouldn't worry, your body might just be cleaning itself or changing a bit.
