i am 32 and want to reduce minimum 10 kgs. i recently heard about bromiline.is really bromiline helps?

All bromiline is is pineapple enzymes which help digest your food and is good to take whether you want to lose weight or not.
You can lose a little weight with it but I wouldn't count on losing a lot.
But like I said it is good for your digestive system so taking it is good.
Now the question is is does it have other ingredients too or just the bromelian?
