is it a rent for factory building is a manufacturing overhead cost? i'm asking this one becouse in the same income statement there are items state as utilities, factory and etc but this item write as rent, factory building. So, it's a same meaning as rent, factory.

Rent for the factory is considered a manufacturing overhead because it cannot be traced to a specific product.
