Has anyone here tried vibrating plates or Cosmodic for healing bodywide pain (advanced atherosclerosis & fibromyalgia)?

For fibromyalgia

Avoid
Saturated fats, butter, cream and other animal fats

Use coconut oil, olive oil and omega fatty acid or flaxseed oil.

Avoid
All processed foods and refined sugars and soy products
especially if you have a yeast problem

Avoid (if you find you feel worse after eating)
wheat, corn, peanuts, cashews, citrus fruits, nightshade plants (potatoes, bell peppers, eggplant, etc.), egg whites and pasteurized milk.

There are many supplements that can be helpful depending on your symptoms.
