Traditional Chinese Medicine is excellent for women's menstruation problems such as this. Can you see someone that practices TCM? Do make sure they are registered.

I spent my whole life suffering from cramps so that they made my life miserable and unbearable. I used to take Naprogesic, which worked well, but unless I took it as soon as I felt the first symptoms of cramps/or bleeding, it was useless.

Going to a Chinese doctor changed my life - the cramps went away almost completely, my PMT decreased and I was human again.
