I took the dexatrim natural for a couple months and they seemed to help. I don't want to rely on diet pills but wanted to get a boost on starting to loose.

What types of things do you eat?
Fast foods, processed foods, prepacked boxed and many canned foods, frozen foods, junk food and even a lot of health foods will put weight on and keep it on.
Many foods such as Lays potato chips and fast foods contain msg which makes you crave more. Since people are catching on about msg the companies are coming up with other names for it.
The longer the ingredient list and the stranger the words the more preservatives and the more likely it has msg.
Here is a good reason to give up junk foods
Food should easily digest in your stomach
Food with preservatives do not digest and are about indestructable.

Stick as close as you can to natural foods like fresh fruits and vegetables and home made from scratch foods.
