screen goes to black with windows icon every ten minutes must move mouse to get screen back

as mentioned, either going to be a screensaver or a power option

To check power options:
Start, settings, control panel, Power Options icon
-Use the dropdown box for Turn Off Monitor and change it to Never and click Apply and OK
