Hi all,

If the cake becomes so hard/ dry after baking, how to make it more soft?.... by putting some juices or...milk etc..Please advice me.

Adding pudding or applesauce will moisten a cake. Find a recipe that includes it, or add 1/4 - 1/2 cup to a box of cake mix. Mix the batter really well. The biggest problem is usually the oven temperature. Bake it on 300 degrees. It will take longer to get done but will turn out softer.

Closing it in an air tight container will help moisten it some, but don't leave it in for days because then it becomes moldy too fast.
Sounds like you over baked it.

I think the air tight method is the only way once it is over baked
