Well my period was suppose to begin on the 16th of this month (july) but today is the 18th. I know I should give it more time but I'm cramping ALOT. It feels like it wants to start but there is no bleeding! Only strong cramps... and I know Im not pregnant because i use protection. And this has never happened to me. Every time when I get strong cramps, my period comes on.... but not this time.

Give it time. This may just be an off month for you.

Maybe just an off month as said above. Periods can be stubborn sometimes you just got to be patient.

As for using protection when you have sex, nothing is 100%.

Every thing was okay. It was just two to three days late. You were right, i needed to just give it time.

Cramps are normal. If you have never had them before than you might not be exercising as much as normal, or drinking enough water. Some things to help you out.... Either take a nice warm bath, or put a heating pad below your belly button (makes it feel better). Take an aspirin for the pain, this thins your blood to help movement also.
Good luck!!
