Can you please explain this a little bit better? What area are you wanting pierced?
When I got my tragus done I was told there are nerves that run near that piece of skin so they had to be careful. However stretching the hard cartilage has never been an issue.

I HIGHLY recommend that you speak with someone who has been trained in piercing what ever body part you are seeking having pierced. My training is only in temporary piercing, ie not cartilage.
