Dear,

I would like to know, if my parents (birth & marraige) are not registered in Conservatória of Central Records of Lisbon or in the civil registration office in portugal. Then will i be able to submit my application for the portuguese nationality since i have all other required documents.

One more thing my parents are no more and i do have their death certificate. Or is there any other way to regsiter my parents birth & marraige in portugal even if they are dead?

Please adive me in order to proceed for my application to submit to the consulate.
