Hi i am Alexsandra, i need help my mom wants to loose weight. she is 35 years old and she weighs 210 how does she loose at least 60 pounds? she wants to weight 150 pounds. she wants to have a new look. be a different person? Please i am 13 and i need some answers right away.:)

she needs to stop eating alot and do alot of exercising

The first step would be to see a doctor, rule out any underlying problems and make sure she's healthy enough to start an excercise program.

Healthy eating, smaller meals, excercise, that's the way to go.

It won't be quick, it will take time.

Has she considered a program like Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig?
