Hi there, i am 28 year old female having 18month old breast feeding child. i feel very weak by the end of the day and always having headache problem if its a stressful day. i feel better if i take calcium and multivitamin daily but my weight is getting more day by day few of my friends told me its because of taking vitamins is that true? What should i do?

Taking vitamins will definitely not increase weight. Any of your friends who say that are sorely misinformed.

Although I also have my doubts that calcium and multivitamins actually helps your feeling of weakness, there's really nothing wrong with taking it.
