Restart PC in safe mode by gently tapping the F-8 key and when inside choose, Safe Mode with Networking. Download, Run Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware in Full Scan. When finished and booted out of safe mode download, Update and Run A-squared in Smart Scan or Deep Scan if you want. When you are done with that download and run Ccleaner...
