Hi,

I'm usually a happy heart.....however,:confused: all of a sudden now; when I choose to print, the printer pops up "print to file" and then name: I don't have (print to file) selected anywhere??

Can you help me?

Oh, be of happy heart for all will be made well.

Open the control panel. Go to printers and faxes. Select the printer you are want to use from the printers shown.

Right Click on the printer you need to change. Then when that screen opens, go to "Ports". Scroll down through the available ports until you see "FILE". If the box is checked, un checked it. Then close down the Printers and Faxes.

If that does not clear the failure, then when you go to print, right click on the printer properties and make sure the "Print to File" box is unchecked.
