Hi, looks like 1.5 ton apartment home condenser has dreaded oil in the coil, unit had to be running a few days with t/stat down to 50. oil spiting out of suction side and gauge won't sit still. Is their and easier way to solve problem without tearing all down? heard of some new flushing agent Pro-Flush. your input is greatly apprecitated.

oil guching?? gauges???? flush???
if oil has been gushing you shouldn't have much refridgerant to even have your gauges on. and why do you want to flush? are you changing the system from r22 to 410a? if not than there should be no reason for a flush.

Well I'm sure oil is now in my evap coil, that needs to be removed by flushing or replaced.
And line set needs to be cleaned of oil. Condensor just changing out.

there is always oil in the lines because refridgerant has oil in it...
are you changing from r 22 to 410 a? once again if so yes the lines need flueshed. but replaceing lines is preferred. the flush has not been real proven or succesful from what i know.
