Today I got a new black moor. I love fancy goldfish. :) Anyways, I have another black moor in my tank that I got from the same pet store but he's black and the new one I got today is more brown then black and some of her scales are torn. Will she live?

Yes, some fish can be slightly different in color. As for the torn scales, it's probably nothing.

I agree with emily.
Your fish will be fine.
