serious question: how do u kno if a person is addicted to sex?

What do you think some of the main **symptoms** are of the person in question?
Sex everyday in marriage wouldn't necessarily be considered sex addiction

Like does it effect their work?
Are they obsessed?
Does it hinder others in any way?

Basically for any addiction you can ask the questions they ask to see if you are alcoholic and just substitute the word sex for alcohol.
Doesn't work with every question but it should give you a general idea.

An addiction is a habit/behavior that interferes with daily activities. If this person is having problems because of the behavior, then the behavior is a problem, possibly an addiction.

If a person masturbates several times a day and it doesn't cause schoolwork or housework to be left undone, it probably isn't a problem.

You know when it's diagnosed by a medical professional.
