You have to have vitiligo over a certain percentage of your body then a dermatologist with prescribe it to you. This is a compound drug so it has to be mixed at a store that has a compounding center/department.

I would not trust anything offered on the web because there may be very bad side affects. I would not use this medicine for cosmetic reason, it can cause sores and possible scaring without supervision.

I have been using monobenzone for a few months. I started with one arm, twice a day for 2 weeks, then 6 weeks. My color actually started to change after 2 weeks. There was slight itching and irritation but not too bad. I started with my right arm, my left arm, in the same spot, changed on it's own. I now do both arms from my elbows down, (only on the pigmented spots) and they are almost blending with my white spots. I also started my legs from the knees down. I noticed the legs and hands are harder to do, and I also had more irritation and itching...the other thing I noticed was I started to depigment on my chest and stomach, without applying medicine there. My legs are probably one shade lighter, my hands are too, but my fingers have not changed much.

This is not a quick fix medicine and it can get expensive. During testing it cost $75 a tube which lasted maybe 2-2 1/2 weeks. I am about to start using a larger tube and it will cost $150 a tube, I'm not sure how long this tube will last, because I have to cover a larger area.
