Hi All,

I am doing a survey and hope to use likert scale survey for making questions and testing hypothesis. Can some one to give me a good reference. I want to clarify these areas.

1. How do I make questions to match with my hypotthsis.
2. How test hypothesis depending on responses I get for my likert scaled questions.
