Hi,

Question 1:
Is it too late for me to request my 2001 and 2004 CA tax returns?
If no, how?

Question 2:
Do I need my state tax returns for my future Green Card application?

Please help. Thank you!

1) It is NOT too late; most states retain tax returns for AT LEAST ten years and many hold them indefinitely on microfiche. Contact the California Franchise Board via their website.

2) To my knowledge, the United States Customs and Immigration Service do NOT ask abot the state tax returns. They only inquire about the federal tax returns.
