How do I make an LED flash on and off repeatedly using only analogue components? I can do it with a 555 times IC but I was wondering if it could be done using only analogue components.
Thanks,
Scurley.
P.S. Does anyone know where I can find out the internal component layuot for logic IC and the 555 timer IC. maybe that would give me the information i'm looking for?

You can build an oscillator using analog components. That's all you need. The 555 timer is probably somewhat easier.
